I've used Alison a number of times since 2017. She is always professional, well informed and patient. She thrives on getting the best possible deals for her clients. I'm grateful for the money I've saved in reduced commissions, but I'm most impressed by the money made through her shrewd negiotiating.

I met Alison online. I was not referred so I knew I was taking a huge risk trusting someone I had barely met. But from my initial call to Alison, I got the impression I was dealing with a professional. Before now another realtor had offered to sell my house at 4% commission. I particularly liked her professionalism, integrity and open communication. She spent quality time explaining what to expect and never seemed in a hurry. Overall she sold my house way higher than asking and saved me $7500 in commission. She was patient as there were lots of back and forth. She kept her word - 1%. Not just that, she stood to advance my interest during the negotiations and helped me to make informed decisions regarding which of the offers to accept. She closed the deal neatly and took only what she said she was going to take. I strongly recommend Alison if you're looking to sell your house and save cost of commission. I fail to see anything that any other realtor could have done that she did not do. Did I forget? She never pressured me.
